October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a worldwide annual campaign dedicated to raising breast cancer awareness, educating others, and increasing breast cancer research. Yearly mammograms are the best way to detect breast cancer early. Although some people may not have symptoms, breast cancer symptoms can include the change in the size or shape of your breast, pain in your breast, nipple discharge, and a new lump in the breast or underarm.
