How to Donate Your Car to Planned Parenthood California Central Coast

Step 1:  Provide Vehicle Information

Complete the donation form online or by calling us at 877-957-2277. We’ll ask you some questions about your vehicle, including the VIN, year, make, model, mileage, and condition.

Step 2:  Schedule Free Car Pick Up

Tell us about yourself and where your car will be picked up. You’ll be contacted by a local towing agent within 2-3 business days to schedule a pick up time that works best for you.

Step 3:  Get Tax Receipt

Once you submit your Planned Parenthood California Central Coast car donation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your Donor Console. Within the Donor Console, you’ll be able to track the progress of your car donation, upload documents, and get tax and title information. After your car is sold, you’ll be emailed a tax receipt.

What documents do I need to complete my car donation to Planned Parenthood California Central Coast?

How do I transfer my title?

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes! Within 30 days of the sale of your car, you’ll be emailed a tax receipt. If your car sells for over $500, you may deduct the full selling price of the car when itemizing taxes. If your car sells for less than $500, you can deduct $499 or your car’s fair market value, whichever is less.
