American Cancer Society Car Donation Review
“I am a cancer survivor and it is by the grace of God and the research by the American Cancer Society that I am alive today.“
As you can see it is a T-Top and is a tribute to the Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am. It was going to be a restoration project but over the past several years it has basically sat undisturbed. Cosmetically it is rough but would be an excellent project for someone. It does run and has two sets of keys. At one time it was worth much more than it is now but I have received offers for it in the condition that it is for $10,000. I am a cancer survivor and it is by the grace of God and the research by the American Cancer Society that I am alive today. Without research I would be in my last days. Smoking and the Bandit was one of my favorite movies and at one time I looked forward to driving this car. However at this time I would like to donate it so the funds can be used to help other people survive cancer.
Thank You, Frank!
One out of three people will face a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. The American Cancer Society continues to fight for a world free of cancer. In order to do so, additional research, patient support, sharing ideas and information are crucial. Your Cars for a Cure donation will support cancer research, advocacy, patient services, and education.
